Breakfast was yummy. The sausages were not warm enough. The coffee cups were very cheap and the lids did not fit. I took a drink and it spilled all over my shirt. The staff was friendly but not anything spectacular. We would recommend this place.」

「Great staff great hotel..just renovated close to Liberty. We had a snow storm and the staff stayed at the hotel to make sure all guests were taken care of. They must have mopped the entry way 100 times during my stay to make sure the entry way to clean and safe. Well done!」

「The room was great, but what stood out was the staff. Has anyone else noticed how high hotel beds have gotten. I’m short (5’3”) and now I need a step stool to get in bed at every hotel. I didn’t my usual one, so I asked at the front desk. Malcolm (sorry, don’t remember his last name) couldn’t find one. So, he called his home and had someone bring his personal one. This is above and beyond service. This was not the first request, but the biggest. Hey, Marriott! Promote this dude. Now. 」
