「It looks like trash outside, I was scared to stay there and they would not give me my money back. It looked like people lived there. It’s nasty looking outside. 」

「Upon check-in there was a mixup with our room. And apparently others. We got the room straightened out but then someone walked into our room 30 min later. Always verify your bed assignments before signing and getting a room number. A plus, it’s graduation weekend and we got a welcome gift and a full weekend itinerary of events just for guests. That was great planning and a nice touch. Sadly, The Tv didn’t work in the room and there were only 2 towels. This may not be a huge deal breaker but for...

「The office manager was friendly and helpful. The room we had was on the back side with a beautiful view of the country side and very quiet. Out of all the motels I have slept in this one was the most restful one. It was clean and well kept. Air conditioning/heat were not overly noisy. We went to a place called Chicken Cook at the Exon station about a quarter of a mile or so up the road. Best fried chicken and sides, move over KFC! I would definitely stay at this motel again. They only have one tower if they can bring some towels they said yes never showed the next. They came, but my room was gonna be cleaned. It wasn’t so I called down again about the towels. She told me they were in the dryer and they were gonna bring it up. They never did I had to go down and get them myself in the front desk. Never apologize never...

「The hotel was nice but the room was not clean we had hair and oil sheen all over the floor along with dead flies. Makeup on the pillow cases. The staff ran out of blankets one night. No housekeeping available in the evening. I will never stay here again! 」
