「Nicely maintained home. Well stocked kitchen. Great view of the beach, easy access to the beach just across the street. Loved the hot tub. I believe the screen door off the livingroom needs to be put in the track. Owner was very patient & helpful when I called him when we got stuck in the elevator!It was a great experience & we had a wonderful time.」

「This is a beautiful property. Plenty of room to accommodate our eleven adults and one grandchild. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use through the week. Both were clean and well maintained. Deck space was plenty for our group to spread out. Great ocean view and nice, clean beach. The two kitchens was a nice plus (especially the two refrigerators- one for food, one for beverages. Would happily stay here again. 」

「Comfortable beach house. My family loved the amount of space inside, the location to the beach was also a major bonus. My only downside was that all the beds, except 1, had plastic mattress covers, which made sleeping difficult. But for the price, the house is perfect. 」

「From the moment we walked in the door, I wanted to give Shore Thing 10 stars, but I was limited to only 5. I'm a serious cook, and this was a huge cook's kitchen! Very large fridge/freezer, then BONUS, a second brand-new huge fridge freezer on first level, next to huge over-sized washer and dryer! There were sand toys for the kid, shibumi shaded 2, boogie boards and kites. The interior was beautiful , the beds comfortable, bathrooms clean. 「We loved the Catalina cottage so much. The lay out of the house was perfect for our family. The beautiful picture windows showed off the ocean perfectly. The porch and the private balcony were tge best places to hang out. And no beach trip is perfect without an outdoor shower. They have a great outdoor shower. We loved everything about the cottage. And our host, Debbie was super easy to talk to and communicated easily with us. 」
