It’s located just 0.6 miles from the Historic Village of Pinehurst (est. 1895), the Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, and the first tee of Pinehurst No. 2, host site of the U.S. Open. Set in a small, well-established, and quiet neighborhood, the home is an easy and enjoyable walk or gol cart ride to Village parks, shops, pubs, and restaurants.
Outdoor & Recreation: Sun deck with a large jacuzzi hot tub. Regulation ping-pong table in the garage.
Relax & Entertain: Spacious open great room ideal for sports and movie nights. 75" 4K Roku TV with YouTube TV (including Golf Channel) and Netflix. 65" TVs in two bedrooms.
Morning Essentials: Coffee is provided, with multiple brewing options to suit every preference.
Clean & Convenient: Large laundry room with commercial-grade washer and dryer. Full laundry supplies included for pre-departure convenience.
Warm & Cozy: Gas fireplace for cooler evenings. {To operate - Turn the pilot knob to ON to ignite the burner. Adjust flame with the control knob. Turn to PILOT to shut off the burner (pilot remains on). Turn to OFF to fully shut down. Remote control is located in the coffee table drawer.

Great Location and Property

The house is as pictured in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well furnished and having the hot tub made for a very relaxing weekend with friends.

The house was just perfect and very well appointed. The location to Pinehurst (.6 mi) was great and the property manager was very responsive to minor issues (that could come up with any house) sending the handyman immediately twice (TV and toilet issue). We could not have asked for more!

Outstanding Home close to Pinehurst

Perfect property close to Pinehurst. Extremely well equipped and perfect for a group getaway, whether family or friends. The house is quiet, clean, modern, and very well kept. Could not be better.

Friends Golf Trip

Property was excellent; spacious and clean. Close to town as well as all golf courses. Has all the utensils and supplies that could be wanted. Hot tub was a great bonus and was already partly warmed up before arrival.

We were traveling with my Mother and Grandmother. With these two we had a handful. Check-in was a breeze and Check-out was care free. Excellent location. Could not have been better.

Wedding Weekend

House was as described, clean and convenient. Hot tub not working when we arrived, contacted owners rep Jack. He had the handyman come out the very next day and make the repair.

Perfect home for our group!

We had a fabulous time in pinehurst staying at this home. Very clean and tidy. Perfect location. Great layout for multiple adult couples staying together.

This property was perfect! We were in town for a wedding, and the house was so close to the venue, Pinehurst Country Club. The house was so well equipped, everyone raved about the coffee bar. Jack, the owner, was very responsive to our questions. Definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to Pinehurst!

Our stay was wonderful. The home offered everything as advertised. Beautiful decor and plenty extra utensils for cooking was amazing. The only negative was the barbecue grill had strong propane smell and we never attempted to use for safety concerns. Overall a beautiful property in a nice community. The host was helpful.
