As frequent travellers we were interested in what the stay at Lucid Apartments would be like as the reviews were mixed hole check in was at a separate building this was seamless and just a short walk from the apartment a 200 damage deposit is taken on check in. We stayed in an apartment on the 26th floor with an amazing city view the room was clean smelled fresh and has a comfy king size bed the rooftop pool area is lovely and the location is a short walk to restaurants and the metro GOMA and the Art Gallery Museum and theatre

Great location and room. Unfortunately I could not access the spa and wellness centre and was informed on arrival that the pool was not in service if I had known I would have booked elsewhere. They charged my card a $1 fee and I am yet to receive it back, most staff were friendly apart from one who informed I was in the wrong car space. I went to look several times and and found that the space I had been parked in was not occupied. They may want to become compliant before having any guests stay as the electrical equipment in the apartment did not have the tested and checked stickers that accommodation should. If offering no housekeeping to cut costs, they should provide more inventory of dishwashing detergent, paper towels, towels, coffee tea etc, instructions to find reception were difficult to understand and was informed changes were about to be made. If correct information is communicated it would have been a 5 start review all the way.
