The lift was out of order while I was there, there was also a strong smell of drains or babies nappies along the corridor. The room itself was adequate and the bed was clean and comfortable.

Spa is excellent although it was super busy.
The check-in wasn’t great. There was a queue of people almost out the door and the second check-in member of staff arrived at her desk 10 mins after check-in began. She then faffed about for a few minutes with her file and computer as the queue grew.
It’s not a great first impression.
