「I rented this property for New Year's because of the prime location. My friend and I had a great time and were very comfortable in the space. It has a little office area with a door in case you need to get some work done while others watch TV. Kitchen is well-stocked with utensils/pots/pans. This property is pet friendly and worked well for my poodle. Just keep in mind that it's an apartment so you'll need to take your dog outside for little walks. 」

「Honestly such an amazing and relaxing stay for my family. My father in law, mother in law, and husband went up north from Jax, FL due to a memorial service for my father in law’s brother. My FIL is handicapped and uses a walker, and although it’s not purposed to be handicap friendly, it was very accommodating and spacious in which he was able to maneuver with ease throughout the property. First, the entrance door was broken - this had happened before, neighbors told us, given prevailing winds- and, without guidance on nighttime access, we were left to improvise a solution with masking tape to avoid being locked out over the coldest night of 2025.
