"Absolutely gorgeous place for a family vacation! The property was very clean and well stocked. The view is stunning and the deck makes for a perfect sunset viewing location! We absolutely loved the beach, older kids are able to swim but the sand bars make it nice for younger kids as well! Perfect spot to spend all day in the sun and then cozy living areas to spend time together in the evening. Absolutely loved this place!"

"We loved our stay on Sand Point. We were a group of 6 adults (3 couples). The house was very comfortable for us! There were two bedrooms that were not even used by us. Three full bathrooms allowed for each couple to have their own bathroom. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the Weber grill and also the firepit on the outdoor deck made for a great evening. The house is decorated beautifully and the beds are very comfortable. A short, 10 minute drive to the town of Caseville. There was nothing more we could ask for in a vacation home! Thank you to the owners!"

"I have enjoyed renting this property at least 6 times and I have never been disappointed. It is a cottage and it is fully furnished with everything you need except linens and towels. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, washer & dryer, crockpot, cookware...it is all there! The linens and towels aren;t a problem because the price is right and the cottage is a place of rest and peace right on Saginaw Bay. The owner is always available if there is a problem he is happy to help and immediately there to make sure everything is ok. The view, beach and outdoors is like eye candy just outside the giant picture window that captures you the minute you walk into the housel This is a great place for families with kids to just enjoy the house, outdoors and the town filled with fun things to do with the kids. You can't go wrong! Check it out for yourself. It books quick in the summer and fall...so don't wait to book your trip!"

"Our second year here and this house is amazing! It’s a great space for our family, and comes with everything you need for a great week on Lake Huron. Our boys love the huge beach and kayaks and there is nothing better than sitting on the deck with a book. I do wish the house had central AC for those warm nights but Megan stocks the house with lots of fans to keep the heat at bay. It’s a great house in a fantastic location and we look forward to coming again."

"Amazing beach home! Even nicer than the photos in the listing. More than enough room for our family during our stay. Kitchen was well appointed and had most of what we needed. So many towels available, perfect for the kids who spent lots of time in the lake or on the beach. Layout of the home was great, we loved spending time on the upstairs deck for meals and enjoying the view. Vincent was a fantastic host - great communication and response during booking. We didn’t need anything during our stay - this home was perfect. Highly recommend for a comfortable beach getaway."
