Guest Access: Entire Condo
The Neighborhood: This condo is located in the middle of Pigeon Forge—truly one of the best spots in town. It’s adjacent to the LeConte Convention Center and just a short walk to The Island, popular restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly attractions. Set directly on the Little Pigeon River, the condo offers a peaceful escape with fantastic trout fishing right outside your door (don’t forget your fishing license). You’re also just a short drive to the national park entrances and Gatlinburg.
Getting Around: You can walk to many top attractions in Pigeon Forge, but we do recommend bringing a vehicle if you plan to explore outside the downtown area. Roads to the property are flat and paved, and it's easy to access year-round. If you’re heading into the mountains or traveling during winter, 4x4 is recommended.
Other Things to Note: • Must be 21 or older to book this condo • Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests • Gas fireplace is seasonal and typically operates from October through March, weather permitting • Coffee maker is a standard drip—please bring your own coffee • Condo is located on the second floor with stair access • This is one of the closest lodging options to the LeConte Convention Center • Outdoor pool is seasonal, typically open Memorial Day through August (HOA controlled, dates may change without notice) • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
Interaction with Guests: The best and fastest way to reach me is through the website messenger.

We enjoyed staying and loved the sound of the river from our balcony. It was very convenient to get to and close to all of the venues. Chris was very prompt at getting back to me if any issues arose. We had a wonderful time and will be back.
The accommodations were great and it's location in Pigeon Forge was awesome. Easy access to all the attractions. I would definitely like to book again at some point in the future.
Great location in middle of Pigeon Forge with easy access to main drag and other main roads. Communication w owner was excellent! Will certainly stay again if we go again!
Great place and great location. You can walk to The Island, go-carts, shopping a restaurants easily. The owners checked on us to make sure everything was good. Really enjoyed our stay.
Great property - cleanliness, location, parking, size of condo - all were great! Easy access to everything on the parkway but while sitting on the balcony overlooking the river you were secluded - the best of both worlds! We definitely look forward to returning!
The condo was spacious, clean, and so conveniently located. Check in and out was easy. There is easy access for those who have difficulty. Parking is great and convenient as well. Will definitely book again.
Plenty of room for us and our 3 kids (13,4 & 1) spacious, everything we needed. Perfect location close to everything yet off the Parkway for easy access to backroads to avoid traffic. We are frequent travelers to the mountains since we are only 4 hours away and this will definitely be added to our favorite condo list! Balcony was spacious and furnished nicely as well with a great view of the river & Christmas lights!
It was a wonderful experience. Any issues we had were resolved instantly. The condo was clean and very nice. Check in was great easy & I cannot say enough about a great stay.
Condo was perfect as well as the perfect location to everywhere. Only 1 issue we had was the tv watching. Couldnt get local starions to come up to check weather.
Right in the action. Easy to get to.Quiet and peaceful. Fridge a bit high and froze food. Some pills found on the floor along with a few stains on the floor/walls. Otherwise was just as advertised.
We had a great stay. The location was great, close to town and right on the river. So pretty. Very clean and well kept. The TV in one of the bedrooms did not work. It may have been the remote batteries. We didn't buy more and try that. And I didn't love that the sink and vanity was in the bedroom instead of an enclosed bathroom. Very spacious though. Would stay again.
The location is great and the condo is okay. We were attending a conference and did not spend much time in the rental. The property manager was friendly and very helpful. Easy access and directions were great! I did notice some of the lamps did not work in the rental and there were several burned out light bulbs. Bring extra towels.. The kitchen was very limited on utensils. There was also other people's food in the kitchen cabinets. I am sure we will return to Bear Crossing again next year.
