As you enter the main floor, you'll find a spacious living area complete with a flat-screen TV and a warm gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. The living room also features a sleeper sofa for extra guests and an arcade game for some entertainment. Next to the living area is a charming dining room that seats six, ideal for enjoying meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. A convenient half bathroom with laundry facilities is also located on this floor. One of the highlights is the screened-in deck, where you can relax in the inviting hot tub.

The top floor hosts a King bedroom with a flat-screen TV, providing a private and comfortable space. This room includes its own private bathroom and a lovely deck, perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a view.

The bottom floor features a spacious studio-style bedroom with two King beds and a cozy Queen bed, accommodating up to six guests. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level, along with a kitchenette for added convenience. - Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $35 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
