Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
There was trash in the place when we arrived. Couches we were messy. Rug outside of the shower was wet on floor as if someone had already take a shower before we got there. All this before finding out that when we laid our head down they had bed bugs. Attempting to resolve any issue with Vrbo has been horrible. They stated we would be reimbursed for all the costs of having to find a place do stay last minute, yet they have not been helpful and provide so much run around.
