There was a bit of miscommunication about the code to enter the house but the owner responded as soon as she received our message. Beautiful home in a lovely community. My friends and I had a great stay and hope to go there again. Very convenient location to our conference site as well as restaurants and other attractions. Wonderful memories!

Upon entering, my daughter immediately noiced a musty smell to the cabin. She typically doesn’t have allergy issues so for her to notice it, it was obvious. The thermostat was set at 83 degrees on the first of October. We lowered it to try to get the fan running and the air cleared. It appears this was the pre-set temperature for the cabin and was permanently set to that no matter how we attempted to adjust it, it always returned to 83. During our stay, we found dirt, dust, mold, bugs, etc. The hot tub was filthy. The basement shower was disgusting. Every morning my wife woke up with vertigo attacks. When putting away dishes, we found obvious black and white fuzzy mold in the cabinets above the air vents in the kitchen. We took pictures of the mold and vents and sent our concerns to the Host. The Host said that “seasonal allergies and ragweed are bad right now”. She offered to send someone out to replace the filters. Also, the hot water setting was extremely too hot. Several members of our party scalded themselves multiple times. I also feared my grandchildren would burn themselves from the scolding water. There is no excuse for water to be this hot. My grandson ran a low grade temp and his family had to leave a day early and my granddaughter left with vomiting. I’m not necessarily saying their sicknesses were were due to the cabin, but it’s a pretty odd coincidence. This has by far been the worse cabin in the past 15 years of visiting the Smokey Mountains.

Family fun and gymnastics

We come every year for a gymnastics meet. But, we enjoy family time together as well. We loved the property, it was stocked with salt and pepper and some spices and that was nice. The property had everything we needed for a large family and I loved the electric fireplace in the master bedroom and the rocking chair with a good book! We will be back!

Cute cabin, great location.

Most things were good and we enjoyed our stay. It would have been very helpful to have lamps in bedrooms and downstairs. A few lightbulbs were out and remote needed new batteries. Kitchen is really small if you plan to do much cooking. We did enjoy the hot tub. Would stay again but not with more than 6 people.

Family vacation

This was our 2nd time staying at this cabin. Very clean and has a game room that kept the kids and even the adults busy when staying inside. Cabin is close to everything which was great. Host is quick to respond and has been pleasant to communicate with. Definitely will be staying again on our next trip

Perfect location

We were down for a dance competition and this was the perfect location, close to the convention center and still had activities to do that were close. One thing we found was trash service was lacking. We do a lot of cooking while on vacation and that quickly filled the cans and they were not picked up in the week we stayed there which left us with bags of trash in the cabin.

Great Cabin Experience

We’ve vacationed in the mountains for many years. This was our first cabin experience, though. The property was in a perfect location. We did not want to battle treacherous roads to get to a property. If you have multiple cars, parking might be an issue. Due to the small parking area. Other than that I have nothing but positive reviews. The cabin itself, is very roomy. Main floor bathroom shower was amazing. Stephanie was most helpful with any questions we had. Great experience!

Our Pigeon Forge getaway

The cabin was as described, very convenient located to all attractions. No problem checking in , plenty of space. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the cabin. The master (king bed ) had someone’s hair on blankets. The towels in bathroom were very dingy and they smelled, the house had not been dusted in a while. The house and porches just needs a real good cleaning.

Pros..lots of sleeping places, hot tub, walking distance to pool and 5 mintutes to Pigeon Forge attractions. Cons..need better towels and someone needs to give the Barbecue pit a good cleaning. Too dirty to use.

Wonderful Cabin with a Great Location!

The cabin is clean, the view is beautiful, and the community is quiet. The walk to the pool isn't far, but it does require a lot of stairs (or, you can drive to the pool). The stairs weren't a problem for us. Parking was adequate, but tight for two cars. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The game room with an arcade, pool table, foosball table, and TV was a hit with the kids! Each room (1 on each of 3 floors) has an attached bathroom. The main floor bedroom's bathroom shower was outstanding with multiple rain shower heads and a normal showerhead. I will definitely consider staying here again!

Nice cabin in an excellent location

We enjoyed our quick 4 day stay at this cabin. It is located about a mile and half for several places to eat and things to do. A swimming pool is located down the steps behind the cabin. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of pots and pans. Only issue we had was the trash cans outside were full as we were leaving. It would have been an issue if we were there one more day. I would definitely rent this cabin again in the future.

40th anniversary trip

Loved the house. The host was most helpful when I left my bathing suit behind. The floors were rather dirty and garbage was left under the basement sofa. But otherwise it was a great place to stay. We did wash the floors ourselves. I would recommend this to anybody going down to pigeon forge. It was steps away from the pool!
