"Arrived to the lobby spelling like there was a propane leak due to gas logs. When we got to the room, the sheets on one of the beds was very dirty and we had to call and have them changed. They never swapped for clean towels and breakfast was beyond below par. "

"Comfortable hotel with free parking, literally next door to Dolly's Stampede and short drive from Dollywood theme parks. Comfortable bed, clean, spacious. Had indoor and outdoor pools (which we didn't use) but seemed popular with other residents. Breakfast was quite varied and restocked regulalry but the room is small for the number of guests staying, even when outside tables used so expect a queue in high season after 8.30am Would happily stay again if had reason to need accommodation in the area."

"So nice having breakfast on the property. We loved the river in the back, our kids loved checking out the ducks. Also love the indoor pool, nice and warm in there! "

"Pool is cold. No mircwave in room. They locked us out of our room 1 day before we was scheduled to leave so they had to redo out arm band's."

"Everything was great except for the elevators. There were only 2 out of 3 working elevators for a nearly sold out property. It took nearly 25 mins to bring our luggage cart down for checkout due to every car being full. Aside from this the hotel was clean, great breakfast and quiet rooms."
