"The You Name It home exceeded all expectations. It was showroom clean upon arrival, and the photos did not do justice to the beautiful great room with its vaulted ceilings and skylights. The chef's kitchen and dining area easily accommodated our large group, and having all bedrooms with private bathrooms on the same level made it very family-friendly. The elevator was also incredibly helpful for luggage and grocery loading.We spent most of our time on the deck, in the pool, and on the beach. The boardwalk was a short walk, the beach was wonderful, and the downstairs bathroom and outdoor shower were very convenient. We also appreciated the games, puzzles, and beach equipment provided. My granddaughter even called it the "Best.Vacation.Ever."Overall, this was our most satisfying beach rental ever, and I am already planning our return. The kids suggested naming the house “Beacharena,” but my choice is the "BVE (Best Vacation Ever) House."Thank you for sharing your gorgeous house and for all your helpful communication and recommendations. It made our 50th wedding anniversary celebration truly unforgettable.Best,Gary W. Deason"

"Reminds me of camping in Florida in my teens -plus water, electric, septic, a pole barn with awesome shade, and a dock with awesome shade. It was a little tricky to find the fishing angles off the dock, but we figured it out. There are some muddy spots if you venture out into the water. A stand up paddle board SUP helps."

"Paul is an excellent host—responsive, communicative, and quick to address any concerns during our stay. The home met our needs and its location, just steps from the beach, is a definite advantage.That said, the property is somewhat dated and would benefit from a deep cleaning and a few updates, such as replacing the window screens so the windows can be opened without allowing insects inside. We also encountered some cleanliness and insect issues, which Paul addressed promptly.Overall, if you're looking for an affordable place in a great beach location and don't mind a home with a bit of wear, this property offers good value."
