「斬新なデザインのインテリアだが、使い勝手は良くない。シャワールームの扉は水が漏れる。きつく締めると開けられなくなる。空港に歩いて行けるのと、朝四時からの朝食サービスがあるのはありがたい。」

「町の中心、港からは歩いて15分ほどなので、交通の便はあまりよくないかもですが、近くにスーパーマーケットや人気のレストランもあり、ワイナリーの工場もあったりしてそれなりに便利です。 スパもありますが、私たちが滞在していた時にはサウナが稼働していませんでした。 部屋は広く、テラスもあってよいのですが、スパやプールがあるのに洗濯物を干せるようなものが室内にないので、不便です。 そのほかは非常に使い勝手もよかったです。」

「I stayed with my wife and 2 kids here- the place was a perfect setup where we had our own cabin with 2 bedrooms. The property is lovely- it was super quiet and we really enjoyed splashing around in the small pool there. We were very happy with our stay!」

Les allées de circulation et le domaine dans son ensemble demandent d être mieux entretenus. Notre séjour dans cet établissement a été agréable mais le prix est élevé pour les prestations fournies.」

「Super Empfang von sehr nettem Personal, schöner Pool, toller Ausblick auf die Weinfelder und Faial, Zimmereinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstücksauswahl mit Rührei, Käse, Joghurt, Gemüse, Obst, Marmelade. Weil unsere Fähre früh fuhr, bekamen wir sogar etwas früher Frühstück. 」

「La struttura è molto bella e pulita, in un vecchio convento. Anche se c'erano pochi ospiti, i muri sono molto sottili, si sentono tante rumori dalle stanze vicine. I bagni sono puliti ma hanno bisogno di manutenzione. Porte che non si chiudono bene e rubinetti che perdono.」

「Die Unterkunft bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider nur durchschnittlich. Mit einigen kleinen Ergänzungen und einer etwas größeren Auswahl könnte es jedoch deutlich aufgewertet werden. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden und würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.」

「空港からタクシー20分、12ユーロホテルは回廊式でそれぞれに部屋が有る。 眺めの良い部屋は海側でヨットハーバー越しに天気が良ければピコ島の代表的な山、ピコ山を眺めることが出来る。今の時期運が良ければホテルの窓越しに夕方9時頃から夕日に照らされ真っ赤に染まったピコ山に出会いる。」

「Toile de tente grande et confortable pour deux. Sanitaires et cuisine extérieure bien équipée et très propres. Top. Il y a même les produits de fournis ( bonne qualité ) ainsi que les serviettes de toilette ! Le frigo mis a disposition dépanne bien merci.」

「This amazing & historical Hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s central & close location to the harbor & all it has to offer is 2nd to none. The rooms were spotless & comfortable as well. The wonderful staff, including all the people manning the restaurant surpassed our expectations & attended to our every need. Daniela at Front Desk & Paula in Housekeeping were beyond helpful, efficient & incredibly lovely to deal with.. We will be recommending AZORES Faial Gardens to all our friends...

「This review is less about the property itself than it is about the staff. When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk staff who asked us to sit in the common room while we waited for her colleague. The common room was very nice - all shared accomodations and things to do. I noticed they had beach towels available for guests to use which is very kind. Everything I saw was very clean and tidy.
