"The place is beautiful, in a great location, private and secluded, with nice amenities such as hot tubs, pool, wood BBQ. It looks just like the pictures and overall, we enjoyed our stay. But, - very limited hot water. Takes long to warm up and then only lasts 5 minutes. Not enough for 2 showers. We could only fill the amazing bath up a few inches before it got cold, so kind of useless. - lots of ants, and when we complained, we were told to deal with it ourselves - there was a birds nest...

Seul bémol au niveau de la plomberie de la salle de bain ch101 qui aurait besoin de rénovation car de petites odeurs."

"This property was a beautiful Modern Minimalism design with painted concrete walls. It's located on the hill side above Santo Amaro village. The large sliding glass doors and outside stone deck offered a beautiful view of the ocean, Santo Amaro, and San Jorge Island. Beds and convertible couches were comfortable. Two full bathrooms were modern and convenient. The entire interior of Rosa Cha is beautifully designed including all the furnishings, plus everything in the kitchen which were carefully chosen to enhance the feel of the place. Pedro, the host was very response on WhatsApp and we were able to align on navigation and check-in after a few correspondences.The property pays attention to details which is a pleasant surprise, for example, well stocked kitchen, monogrammed premium cotton towels, linens for the convertible couches, detailed instructions, closets for clothes, etc. We didn't get a chances to use the outside wood oven, but this must be a fun treat in the summer!"

"A spacious space with a lovely view. We were looking for a place to relax on a quieter island, and this set the perfect tone for our time on Pico. The villa is in a lovely location - less than 2k from a bakery, coffee shops, and a small grocery store if you want nearby options. Or you're 15 minutes from Madelena for more options. You're right off the ring road, and there are several beautiful miradoros nearby - or enjoy the views from your window or the back yard. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there are lots of spaces to lounge inside and out. We were excited to use the space as a home base and space to recharge for active days around the island and visits to Faial. It was exactly that, and we are recommending spot to friends."

"Tout était parfait : l’emplacement, les installations, le personnel, la chambre. Seul hic : il n’y a pas de chauffage, donc par temps frais (ce qui était notre cas en mai), la chambre est humide et un peu inconfortable. On nous a donné un édredon supplémentaire, mais ça ne changeait rien à l’air ambiant. Une petite chaufferette d’appoint aurait été appréciée."

"Enjoy this moment of time with views of the ocean and the rectangular, hand built vineyard plots that represent generations of individual farmers who stacked these stones one by one without mortar. Revel in the eerie delightful sounds of the Cory’s Shearwaters come home each night to nest in the rocky cliffs. Pico has its own pace and this Adega creates a sense of belonging - no matter how far you’ve traveled - because it’s innately Pico. "

"For a hostel experience this place was outstanding. Clean, everything like brand new, good check-in experience, communication responsive, and centrally located. On a bus route, tho' I recommend renting a car if possible as everything on Pico Is. is more accessible if you have your own transportation. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone! especially solo travelers like myself."
