"This property is not just phenomenal but is staffed by some of the most professional people I have ever came across having stayed at hotels all over the US. I have been staying at this property for the last year, including a one month stay that was work related, and the staff was consistently not just pleasant, but above and beyond what you would ever expect. The bell staff from Charles, to Armando, reflect what consideration this property offers to its guests. The area is great, the amenities and restaurant staff are incredibly accommodating. Cannot speak higher or give a higher rating for this property and its staff."

"I had a great stay at the Metro Plaza Hotel and give it 5 stars! My room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy and stress-free, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the room cool and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay."

"We stayed at the Conrad Los Angeles for our anniversary, and overall it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered—from the valet and bellhop to the front desk, housekeeping, and bartenders—was friendly, professional, and genuinely went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, with no signs of wear. The only downside was that we could hear some traffic noise at night, but it wasn’t enough to take away from the experience. We also enjoyed the food and in-room dining during our stay. The champagne celebration package, which included a bottle of Moët, chocolate-covered strawberries, and cupcakes, was a great addition to our anniversary and was beautifully presented. We booked a 60-minute couples massage, which was relaxing, but we didn’t feel it was worth the price. If we return, that’s the one experience we’d probably skip. Overall Experience: 10/10 Value: 10/10 We would absolutely stay at the Conrad Los Angeles again and highly recommend it. The outstanding service and attention to detail made this a memorable anniversary getaway."

"The staff was friendly and it easy to move in even for one day. It feels a little cramp for the bathroom and shower space. It feels nice to know that my belongings would be fine and untouched when I leave it at my pod. It might be because of the weather at the time but it felt quite humid and but sure if we can request a fan to cool down but besides all that, it wasn't too bad. The sink does have a lot of dirty dishes. I had a good experience for my first time at a hostel as a solo traveler."
