"What truly stood out was the overall experience; especially the cleanliness, amenities, and staff. My room was spotless with a beautiful layout, and the amenities felt thoughtful and high end, from the water in the room and soft bathrobe to the excellent gym. The rooftop bar and restaurant were vibrant and festive with Christmas decorations, creating an amazing ambiance, and the pool was perfect. I loved having restaurant service right at the pool. The location was great, and Denea’s diner was absolutely delicious. Most of all, the staff made a lasting impression; everyone was incredibly friendly, and Mariana (I think that was her name), who I spoke with first, set the tone for a wonderful stay. Also happy to have found n SF Giants Fan in LA 😝"

"Great hotel, and location. My boyfriend and I stayed here and went to a concert at the YouTube theater. The Uber was about 20 minutes. We also went to an event at the LA convention center earlier in the day which was about 10 minutes from the hotel great views from the room of the city. We would definitely stay here again. "

"A little dated but I absolutely enjoyed my stay here! Room was super clean and had a Japanese bidet… workout room was nice, and all the staff from front desk, housekeeping, valet, were very gracious and knowledgeable. I loved that it was right in Little Tokyo for easy and delicious dining. Went to an event at the convention center, and it was a 15 minute Lyft. Will stay here again! I will book here again. "
