"This hotel was in a great location. Their car service they offer is extremely beneficial. It is first come first serve so there can be a wait but overall the service is an excellent perk. The staff were extremely helpful & the room was large & spacious. Overall we had an excellent stay! "
"citizenM was a diamond in the rough. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is super modern and really cool! I'll recommend citizenM to anypne staying in DTLA. But the neighborhood near the hotel was very dilapidated and smelled like urine on every block. We spent the reminder of our time in L.A. away from DTLA. "
"I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars"
"Rooms were clean, updated, we could even cast to the tv from our phones. Continental bkfast. Staff were helpful. Walking distance to little Tokyo, Chinatown shops and restaurants, el pueblo and Dodgers stadium"
"Rooms are small and no closet, but clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also appreciated in room coffee and fridge. We stayed at another boutique hotel a couple of months ago in LA that did not have either. "
