The building is magnificent and the location could not be better . Staff was lovely . We had junior suite which turned out to be a first floor two level patio. I enjoyed sitting out there early morning and night. We loved the White Rabbit experience across the street. The girl at the door was lovely and told us that the same people ran the exhibit. Complaints: The bathroom is beautiful but the fixtures have issues. You need a sign above the toilet to close lid before flushing. The water flies up. The bidet is useful as a deep sink only. You can rinse clothes in it. The tub needs the addition of a curtain. The room gets soaked when the hand held feature is used. It is necessary to aim the water at the side wall to avoid washing the room. The door on the fridge in the closet was installed the wrong pull direction. No room to reach in. The safe in the closet is an old model which does not confirm the number entered. We had a problem with that model many years ago. All of the complaints relate to whoever designed the room, not current management. I would stay here next time in Barcelona and book months in advance as I did, to ensure this room. Thank for all

The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The hotel is also in a great area and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. One thing is that the rooms are tiny and ours didn’t have an exterior window, which made it seem even smaller.

Was disappointed in the size of the bathroom. Be careful the hot water is Hot! Husband didn’t care for the bed, said it slanted towards the edge, but I slept great. AC worked excellent Location was great for the beach, to get to sites about $20 taxi drivers each way. The pool inside edge and filters could use a cleaning, all moldy in the filters and half the edge. The key to our room was a challenge each time. But that was something they know, because at check-in we were told to just wiggle and keep trying. Eventually it opens. Oh the couch was awful! Throw that thing in the dumpster! Very uncomfortable to sit and watch TV. Which would have been nice if one was on the bedroom also. Probably wouldn’t have even sat on the couch. The washer/dryer unit was a joke. It washes but does not dry. At least they had a drying rack in the room. But over all I would say a solid 4/5. The view was spectacular!
