"Abbiamo prenotato tramite Expedia 2 camere il 19 aprile per la notte del 1 maggio. Volendo raggiungere la struttura nel tardo pomeriggio, abbiamo chiamato intorno alle 14 del 1 maggio mentre eravamo già in viaggio, per avvisare il personale dell'albergo che avremmo fatto check in più tardi del previsto. Ci è stato risposto che a causa di un non meglio specificato "attacco hacker" avevano perso tutte le prenotazioni degli ultimi giorni (quindi anche la nostra) e che al momento non avevano più...
