1. You will need to go to their office in Como, trek 1.5 miles to their office or take an Uber (our estimate was $62 USD) to do this- which is a major downside for this unit. The company needs someone at the property to meet you or a better way to validate passport credentials.

「Initial thought was a bit worrisome bc the hotel was on the edge of the lake. Worried I couldn’t find parking, no sidewalks, worried we could not get to town. However, staff was so kind and gave us maps, directions, and step by step directions on how to navigate around town. Actually quite easy! Love the view of the lake from our balcony, breakfast was amazing, room so clean and everything felt so safe.

「This hotel has a gorgeous pool view. Staff is excellent. Short walk to shops restaurants and ferries.
We had apartment which easily suited our family. My only recommendation is to add additional lighting in the apartment. The master bedroom in particular is a bit dark easily fixed with more overhead lighting. 」

「We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4, with 2 young children. The room was clean, beautiful and spacious. About 25-minute walk to the Bellagio town. There was car parking included in a nearby carpark. A tasty breakfast was included (however, note that breakfast was only from 8am so if you are an early riser you may have to miss this).
There was no iron or kitchen facilities in the room, but a kettle and bar fridge were available.
There were not many restaurants nearby open after 7-8pm...
「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio.
I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them.
Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

Acceso directo a la playa, cerca de la estación de tren, ferry y autobús.
Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades.
Y lo mejor de todo, las atenciones de Stefy y Bepe (los propietarios), siempre atentos y dispuestos para hacer que la estancia sea lo más placentera.
