「We had a fantastic stay. The room we stayed in was spacious with all the amenities needed and had the necessary air con when temperatures were excessively high. The breakfast was excellent and set is up for the day. There were complimentary snacks, pastries, fruit, tea and coffee available throughout the day. over all stay was nice, but here's some cons..
The room was far from the lift and I had to use the stairs to access my room. the fridge was full smell of molds and so were free bottles of water, so didn't use it at all. Before I used AC, felt like the room air was not so fresh neither. if it was 3 star hotel, I could understand the condition... staff was nice and helpful, thank you!"
"Very close to the central station and breakfast was quite good. Price was pretty reasonable compared to expensive hotels in Firenze. The best service the hotel provides is free water. I would definitely recommend this hotel who wants to stay near the central station. "
