"The room was clean and beautiful. It was so close to the Ponte Vecchio. Not as touristy as the other side of the bridge which is great because it is quiet! But still so many restaurants and shops to explore. "
"The ceiling in this beautiful unique accommodation was amazing Antasia working the front desk was so helpful. We had a great time time and I would recommend this for a beautiful unique stay"
"This was a great find! The hotel is located in the centre of Florence, with the train station just a very short walk away. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were friendly. I would recommend. I'll be staying here again! "
"We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and quiet..a nice size room and enjoyed the fresco on the cieling. Very walkable. It only took 15 min walk to the train station. We enjoyed the area, and the many dining options. The gelato shop by the river (around the corner) was great.

"The location is perfect. Front desk staff were very attentive. You get to know them because you turn your key in each time you leave the property and retrieve it when you return. If the front desk staff are busy they do not keep you waiting and they pause to give you your room key. The breakfast was very good and there were ample choices. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and stocked. Our room was suitable and the cleaning staff refreshed it each day. The bed was somewhat comfortable. There were aspects of the hotel that could use a refresh but overall it was a good property."
"Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan!
There are two locations in Florence and I stayed at the Belfiore Hotel, which was a short walk or tram ride from Florence Station.
It was a bit out of the way from the city centre, but I think the hotel more than makes up for it with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including all clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool.
I can also recommend the restaurant and cafe adjoining the hotel too, both offered some fantastic food and were clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc. "
"The apartment is beautiful, quite large (especially by European standards), very clean, and centrally located in the Santo Spirito, and only about a 5-minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. The people at reception were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when in Florence. "
"The staff and service were amazing, they remembered it was my wedding anniversary, and the manager gave us a bottle of wine.
Ronald was amazing in making sure we had our needs met. He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing.
Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good!
The rooms were big and spacious. The shampoo/shower gel bottles could be bigger though. "
