The WORST!!!

This place is a dump! No drain cover in shower - we covered with a trash can! Breakfast is questionable?? WiFi in room is non-existent. Paint peeling on ceiling. What a mistake this was staying here!! Hotels.com - give us a refund!!!

Hotel completamente disorganizzato , ricevimento lurido, colazione schifezza personale locale colazione , sporco e maleducato ovvero siamo schifati locale colazione , caffè era acqua la frutta , cocomero tagliato compresa la scorsa 2 centimetri x05 millimetri di altezza praticamente pur avendo pagato la colazione mattina siamo stati costretti a rinunciare . posizione hotel buona . ultima volta che stata pulita sala ricevimento ospiti forse 20 anni fa se si appoggia poltrone rimani appiccicato dalla sporcizia

j'avais déjà séjourner plusieurs fois dans cette hôtel. Mais la direction a changer. Et malheureusement en mal.Le personnel est très désagréable.les prestation sont très mauvaise ,aucun effort n'est fait pour régler d'éventuel problèmes. Les serviette sont changer qu'une fois tout les 2 jours. obligation de donné une caution de 2000bath. il refuse d’accepter d'autre devise ou de carte de crédit. se qui fait qu'on se retrouve avec 2000bath a utilisé 3h avant votre vol retour. l'eau de la piscine est très sale. ect... impossibilité de voir un responsable sur place. La clientèle est exclusivement russe. Je déconseille cette hôtel
