We booked connecting family room and the rooms were big. Breakfast buffet was average. Courteous staff.

The hotel gym was disappointing. The equipment consisted mainly of old dumbbells and outdated weight machines. Unfortunately the fitness was not air-conditioned, and with outdoor temperature around 98-100 degrees F, it was simply too hot to exercise comfortably. The breakfast buffet was acceptable. While the food selection was not outstanding, it was decent and met basic expectations. The highlight of the breakfast experience was the staff, who were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. Their excellent service made a positive impression during my stay.

Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. Of note are the kind helpful staff which make the stay 5 stars. Spa set up is nice and we enjoyed our 2 massages. Expensive for Vietnam, especially the restaurant (which was quite good) but you can order delivery through grab - overall we really enjoyed our 2 nights.
