「Michael was so welcoming to my dogs. It’s the perfect place - great back yard that is safely fenced and gated, and a “lived-in” feel to the house that makes it a very relaxing place to stay. Great location for Ashland sights etc - a little traffic noise during the day but it’s quiet at night. kitchen well equipped although we didn’t do much cooking. Lovely patio to sit and eat and relax. Altogether a great stay. Thank you Michael. I can definitely recommend and hope we will be back!」

「We were in town for a few days for a softball tournament. Close, 5 minute drive to the fields. Neighborhood is very walkable and close to several parks. The unit itself needs a little upkeep (the deck is falling apart and could soon be dangerous) but is very charming overall. The kitchen could use a few more basics but it met our needs. Communication with host was awesome - very quick responses to my questions (I didn’t know how to access to the garage/laundry). Would definitely rent again! 」

「We came here for an annual soccer tournament over Memorial Day weekend. We have stayed in VRBO's all over town the past 8 years for tournaments here. This home was as described in the ad and reviews. Well setup, clean and neat. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to access things on the North/South and east sides of Medford. We travel with a Beagle so were always looking for pet friendly and this was a great home for that, inside and out. Nice and secure. We would absolutley stay here...

「Enjoy our stay a little disappointed there was dog poop everywhere in the yard someone left behind, the patio and porch we had to clean. and then we went to cook with the grill and it was really dirty so we cleaned that we pulled plates tfrom the cupboard and they were full of water, and my husband got water all over them enjoyed our stay but a little disappointed」
