Bathtub water would not completely turn off in our room, reported to the front desk. Lady at the front desk this morning, April 4, wasn't very friendly, had a frown on her face. Both coffee urns in the breakfast area were empty at 8am. I advised the front desk, but they were not replenished.

The resort was beautiful and the staff was very responsive and kind! Our room was somewhat dirty and the shower curtain had stains but as soon as I called housekeeping took care of it!
