Perfect for short-term, monthly, or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature open-concept kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers/dryers. Step outside to relax in the hammock garden, fire up the outdoor grill, or unwind with yoga in the event yard.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
