With three bedrooms and 3 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 6-8 people and we`ve included dedicated work space for those working remotely.

Good news. In Old Town Scottsdale, you aren’t required to gallop across wide swaths of desert to get from one point to the next. All parts of Old Town – the historic district, art gallery district, the shopping district, the entertainment districts and all the goodies in-between – are all near each other, and walkable or a short taxi/uber/lift ride away. For those driving or renting a car, this unit has ample street and driveway parking available.

We have 6 exterior cameras on property. Camera #1 is mounted above the front patio and records the front entryway and door. Camera #2 is mounted on the front corner of the house, monitoring the front yard. Camera #3 is mounted above the side gate, monitoring the gate entrance. Camera #4 is mounted above the outdoor bar, monitoring the entire patio and pool. Camera #5 is mounted above the outdoor dining area and monitors the pool, alley gate, and turf area. Camera #5 is mounted above the pool equipment and monitors the pool equipment area.
Additional $25/person per night fee after 6 guests.
No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. We ask that children and minors under 18 not to be left unattended on property.
We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the property. Violation of this policy is subject to a $250usd fine.

Curbside service days are: Friday recycling, Monday trash. For your convenience, we will handle bringing bins to the curb.

Please do not disconnect or tamper with the pool hose vacuum system.
The pool hose vacuum is an essential part of our pool maintenance, designed to keep the water clean and safe for your enjoyment.
If you notice any issues or have concerns about the pool`s cleanliness, please contact us immediately, and we will address the matter promptly.
Disconnecting or misusing the pool hose vacuum may lead to damage and affect the pool`s functionality. Any damages or repair costs resulting from tampering with the pool vacuum will be the responsibility of the guest.
