Start your day with a coffee on the patio, surrounded by lush landscaping and unique hand-painted mosaics that bring the backyard to life. Inside, relax on the cozy sectional in the living room with a large smart TV, perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home ensures you can easily stay connected, whether you’re sharing vacation photos or catching up on work. Every detail in this home is designed to offer you comfort, convenience, and a warm welcome.

• Bedroom 4: Bunk room with 3 twin beds and 1 full bed, great for kids or extra guests.

A Note About Our Pool:
• The pool is not heated and cannot be heated.
• Swimming is typically comfortable from April to September.
• In cooler months, the pool area is still perfect for lounging on sunny days!

Kitchen & Dining:
• A baker’s paradise with a fully stocked kitchen, including flour, sugar, spices, and all essential baking tools.
• KitchenAid mixer and bakeware perfect for making breads, cakes, and other treats.
• Ample serving dishes, platters, and cookware for large family meals or holiday feasts.
• Dining table seats 8, ideal for family dinners or entertaining guests.

We are Dog Friendly:
• Please provide pet details at the time of booking
• Maximum of 2 dogs
• $120 per dog
• Dogs must be 50 lbs or under
• No cats allowed, no exceptions

Security cameras:
We have a front door Ring doorbell as well as 2 backyard cameras. We do not monitor these cameras. We use these to monitor the pool for care as well as landscaping.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: All guests are required to complete a simple identity verification before check-in. During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold. This works just like a hotel front desk asking for ID and a security deposit—only ours is online and takes just a few minutes on your phone. We do not make money from this; the fee goes directly toward insuring the stay against damage. This step helps protect both our guests and the property so everyone can enjoy a smooth stay.
