**Note: To meet pool code compliance, all doors/gates leading to the backyard have handles/knobs above 54” and are self-closing. This is not always convenient, but is required for safety purposes. The guidebook provides answers as to how to operate the doors and locks.

Guest access
An owner’s closet for the use of the owner and housekeeping staff is located in the laundry room. All other areas are available for guests to use.
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that you please respect our neighbors and observe the quiet time of 10PM-7AM. We aim to keep our neighborhood quiet and safe for both our neighbors and guests.

Other things to note
• All TVs are smart TVs with common streaming apps installed. Please bring your own password to use your favorite streaming services.
• Pool and hot tub are serviced weekly. You may see crew for a short duration during the week. This ensures our pool and hot tub remain clean and comfortable.
• Someone will stop by to haul the large trash/recycling bins out to the street every Tuesday and bring them back to the storage location each Wednesday.
• From time to time, pest control will stop by the property. They use pet and child friendly spray, and this helps protect our property from the desert pests.
• **Starter kits of paper products, bathroom amenities, laundry detergent, and dish soap & pods are provided. Depending on the length of your stay and number of guests, you may need to replenish these items if you require more than is provided.

This was a wonderful property and our host (when we had a few questions that weren’t covered in the guidebook) was very quick to respond and resolve. The outdoor space, pool table, and arcade room kept everyone entertained during downtimes. Great location for easy access to stores, restaurants, and freeways, too. Highly recommend.
