"The Inn is historic and beautiful from the outside and in a lovely setting. The dining room was pleasant and we used our 10% off coupon we were given in check in to have dinner, which was fine. Our room, however, was disappointing. It was freezing cold when we entered, which did not make us feel welcome. One heat source was an electric fireplace thing that did not put out much heat, and the other was a wall unit that didn’t regulate the temperature well. We were either way too hot or way too cold all night, so we slept poorly. The carpet was scratchy, which matters because we used that space to stretch and it was uncomfortable. The bathroom fan was incredibly loud. The toilet was very low. My mother, for example, would not have been able to use it had she been with us. My husband asked me if it was a child’s toilet when he saw it. The rest of the bathroom was meh. The website talks about beautiful antiques things in the rooms but our room was bare save for one small painting. Our room was just a big let down in just about every way. I will not stay at the Lucerne Inn again. "

"It was wonderful. The property owners were wonderful, they keep the property well stocked, and very clean. They were wonderful to communicate with. And the location is just gorgeous. My partner and I plan to come back in the summer if we can!"

"The cabin and views of the lake were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Many amenities included. Lots of pantry items available to use. Loved the fireplace and decor was very homey. Wish we would of had some time to enjoy the nice outdoor fire pit area. Definitely recommend staying here."

"Loon Lounge is absolutely AMAZING!! The views of the lake are breathtaking and can be enjoyed from every room. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we could have hoped for and more. It was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to comfortably accommodate four generations of our family. The layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space, yet still come together in the large gathering areas. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and sharing meals, and the numerous bathrooms made everything so convenient. The owners were incredibly attentive and made sure every need we had was met. It truly felt like a home away from home."
