「Rented a cabin for the long weekend. NOT what we expected based on the online pics of the cabins. Did not have the "Maine cabin" vibe at all - more like 1980s RV interior design. Vertical blinds on sliding doors were missing some sections so no real privacy. Bed was very uncomfortable. Hot water lasted about 3 mins, so showering or washing dishes was tricky - to say the least. Not so friendly RV "neighbors" who felt it ok to have a projected light show, and be loud and obnoxious past 10 pm. We...

「A wonderful, quiet place just a couple of miles north of Acadia NP and not just a paradise for golfers. Unfortunately, their restaurant is closed on Mondays, but the staff at reception gave us a couple of useful hints. Breakfast was amazing and the view from the deck is breathtaking! Will be back on our next visit!」

「Loved everything about this hotel -- location and the room itself was so cute. The only issue I had was there was some miscommunication regarding an issue we needed resolved. The reps from the hotel texted back and forth with me about it before we left, but the issue was never solved really. They did call later to try to follow up, but we were already on our way. I did appreciate the effort to follow up though. Overall, a nice place.」

「Nice clean place, but one of the rooms was not how it was pictured. Instead of a queen, it had bunk beds. Water pressure was great upstairs but low downstairs in the bathroom. Also, ice maker didn't work. Great location」

「We LOVED our 4 day stay at Fort Knox Inn! Great location, Great Views, Friendly Staff, comfortable Beds, Great water pressure! We Loved visiting the Fort, The Bridge and walking path by the Inn on our down day. The Bathroom could use a vent, but older building so may not be doable. Not a deal breaker for us. Also, since there is no Continental Breakfast a Kurig Machine or other FREE coffee machine in the lobby in the mornings would be wonderful since the ones in the room are way too small. Or if...

「Stone Park was a beautiful property with very clean and spacious rooms. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was there was no elevator to the 2nd and 3rd floors. I didn't realize this or I would have asked for a bottom floor room when I booked the stay months ago. I will definitely be back though!」

「Great, helpful and friendly staff!!! Great price and location. Only issues were very minor, and any issues that were addressable were immediately remedied. We were also aware before arriving that the pool is no longer available, although it is not physically removed as of yet. Note that it is a slightly older hotel, so if you have mobility issues, be sure to request a ground floor room, since there is no elevator to the second floor. There is a small cafe room serving (in the morning) free...

「The price and location worked perfectly for us. It was wonderful to come back to some peace and quiet at the end of the day after being around So. Many. People. All day long. We had a private balcony overlooking a large lot where the kids played. It felt secluded even though it’s on a main road, walking distance to a bakery and coffee shop. The airport across the street was charming and we enjoyed watching the planes take off and land. Thank you to these great hosts!」
