"Amazing. Really friendly staff. Luxury clean room with all the amenities. Had the best night sleep so far in Manila. Definitely staying again. However won’t pay for the breakfast as for the same price I’d rather order off the breakfast menu. Buffet was limited but cooked well. Lots of activities here and a great set up. "

"It was OK since it is situated downtown so an advantage of being able to walk around the area is good. Nearby restaurants can be found once you step out of the door. Accommodations price is affordable just expect the least amount of comfort in your hostel room. The common area can be at 31deg during the daytime, wall fans are available though but working with a laptop computer could be very uncomfortable. Shower and Toilet rooms need a lot of improvements. Rats can be seen running around. "

"Best hostel ever. I never leave reviews, but I LOVE this spot maybe more than any place that I've ever stayed. I've never stayed so long somewhere. I and other guests have taken side trips and return here. I haven't even left Manila because I like this hostel so much 1) The staff is AMAZING. I feel like some of them are almost cousins by the laughs and inside jokes that I and other guests share with them 2) We have a ridiculous 6-7 PM rooftop FREE UNLIMITED OPEN BAR. "The rooms are quite small but have a fan and an A/C and the bed is comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. I wouldn’t say it’s a social hostel but to relax and have a it of time for yourself it’s great. The owners are great: friendly and helpful. Great location, close to restaurants, cafes and the big mall. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come again!"

"Staff was friendly and always helpful. Internet connection was top notch. Room was clean and bathrooms and showers were always available. The only con from this property was poor water pressure. Toilets weren't always flushing and shower pressure was mediocre. Staff was notified and always attempted to fix the issue."

"Went here on a solo trip. ON BOARD PANGLAO is the place to be if you want to treat yourself to a little indulgence or are on a tight budget.
