"The owner, his wife and the staffs are super friendly, helpful and humble. I am not a cat lover but even their cat is welcoming and friendly as a dog, that is amazing. I can no help falling in love with this cute and fat cat. The location is just perfect to go everywhere. The beach, just a few minutes by walking. The rooms are super clean as 5 stars. "Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. "The resort itself is beautiful - rooms are great and staff were so helpful and friendly. Pool area was also lovely and we didn’t use it but private beach was big. Weather was unfortunately very poor while we were there and there wasn’t really anything to do, felt quite claustrophobic as when the waves were bad you didn’t even want to get a boat to the main town on Phi Phi. There’s nothing the hotel can do about this but just something to be aware of. "
