"Absolutely fantastic space. Great house close to centre and easy walk to marina and beach. Plenty of takeaway options within a few minutes walk. No need to use the car. Plenty of parking. Great stay for 2 families of 5 with kids (2-13). Everyone could always find their own space. Great space for family games. A few steps getting in and once inside but really family friendly. We could all sit to eat around the table. We didn't use it as New Year stay but the outside space looked fantastic. "

"The Flat is amazing and a very generous size, Lovely Kitchen, living and dining area a good size, all open planned, both bedrooms are double and a good size, the bigger one with the en suite is very large, the smaller one has the main bathroom opposite it so almost a ensuite as well, it's very homely and the host had done a wonderful job with the property, it a basement flat as you enter from the front, but from the Kitchen at the rear of the house it works out ground level to a lovely private secluded garden. Which has locked gate access to the road behind. The Location is Sea front and Central and Perfect.No parking with the Flat, but it's not an issue as on the seafront road opposite you can park for free from 6pm to 9am, or the Hotel next to the property has plenty of parking which is around 5 a day for 24 hours and very convenient and Private car park, which the host sends you a link, and the option I went with.The host was very helpful and informative with their messages.The flat is fully equipped with everything and more that you need.Enjoyed my stay very much."
