「Really cozy small home. The owner was fast and communicative throughout my whole stay. 」

「We loved the property. Very clean and felt very safe. Would definitely rent again as it was very comfortable for my husband and I and our three children. The only thing is that we felt the place could have had a few more things. For example, it only had one garbage bag-we had to buy more and had no laundry detergent. Other then that, great place! 」

Excellent location as it's about 13 miles from Santa Maria NWR, Estero Llano State Park, Bentson Rio Grande State Park and about 8 miles from Edinburgh Scenic Wetlands. There are lots of restaurant chains plus a Costco and Walmart within 2 miles. Easy access to the expressway. Private entrance with a parking space in front of the door. A very nice neighborhood. 「Simon was great and very attentive. Check in was easy, the home was clean and comfortable. My only complaint and it’s so little that it doesn’t even matter, but there wasn’t any soap to wash dishes. I did go buy some as we were there for 4 nights :) I would definitely stay here again or any of Simon’s properties!」
