It was dated, could use some updates, but it was clean, comfortable and the area was beautiful. The other guests were friendly and it was quiet and peaceful. There was an issue with the dishwasher and the staff and maintenance had it taken care of immediately! Would definitely stay again. "

" We thoroughtly enjoyed our stay! We were attending a wedding nearby, and I needed a place to finsh up the wedding cake i was asked to make. This property was ideal. The rooms were amply sized, the kitchen was spacious and well appointed. The smart TV was ready to log into. The water got nice and hot, and the open bathroom vanity area made getting ready easy for 4 people. We didn't consider the washer/dryer in our choice of the property, but when we had a clothing emergency it was a blessing. The property is an excellent balance of historic charm with modern convenience. Its located just a block or two from the busier center of town, so its quiet, but also close by. The diner across the block was great for breakfast. The parking across the street was also very convenient. I was slightly concerned that it is listed as a "second floor" property, based on our needs, but that was really not an issue. Its only a few very wide and accesible steps, and that was no problem at all. My only caution would be, we arrived later than planned and it was dark. Google maps doesnt accurately show the entrance, so we were slightly confused where it go in the dark. So, I'd suggest arriving earlier than we did, having a better sense of direction then we do, or let them know in case they might leave the outside light on for you. Also, communication from the host was top notch. Its a lovely property, and you will enjoy your stay!"

"Our stay was excellent! The cabins are cozy, and modern with all the essentials and then some. Great little details make a difference and make you feel welcome like firewood for your first couple of fires, a s’mores kit, and hot chocolate. If you like camping, you will love this."

"the proprety was clean, nice and absoultly lovely me and my woman had a wonder time and expierance. the Crows Nest is extrealy charming and on point can we move in permantly.....lol... BTW when will the place just up the hill be completed and ready for rent.... BTW will will be cominning back!!!!!"
