「My parents and I had a lovely stay at this property for my summer graduation. The view of the river was beautiful and the flat was very tidy and spacious. It was really handy to have one bedroom with an ensuite. Thank you to Junaid for leaving complementary cleaning/food products for us to use during our stay. 「The place looked quite ominous and derelict with poor signage. There were signs asking for car parking payment, although parking costs were included in the accommodation package. Reception staff did nothing to help clarify this, indeed adding to this confusion for a short while. The accommodation was not as described. Which is really my main gripe.
