「Overall, the hotel is very nice! The location is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious with a great variety of options, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the kids’ playroom is fantastic. We really enjoyed all these aspects of our stay. However, the service at the front desk was very disappointing. We checked in at 7-7:30pm, and the receptionist who assisted us — a blonde woman around 60-65 years old with two braids — was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. What made the experience...

「WOW - from the minute I first googled this place to the stay, to the incredible breakky & hosts, we were thrilled. It was just as beautiful as I expected - only regret is we didn't stay longer! We will absolutely be back - thank you :)」

「Everything super easy and efficient. Clean rooms Excellent price!!」

「Such a cute place! Staff was great….. lots of charm….. price was great and location was great too. Only thing this place doesn’t have AC but they do give a fan to plug in as well as a heater when it’s cold but other than that it was fine. We look forward to coming back.」

「DO not go here. They harbor an older crazy guy who harasses others who stay there, who stays long term. Will not kick him out for harassing me with tasers in middle of the night twice within a 3 day period. SO much more happened too. AM filing lawsuits against them for negligence, assault and harassment.」

「not bad.」

「We loved Otto’s chalet! Every detail! The bed was so comfy and all the little extras were truly appreciated. Super clean! Easy check in! Will definitely book again!」
