Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up the next day for a fun filled day at the beach (300m away) or park, borrow one of the free surfboards and try surfing or surf again. Im a qualified experieced surf instructer and can provide lessons if requested :) Enjoy this peaceful somewhat secret suburb with everything you need.

We had a perfect stay. Everything we needed was provided and bonus, the beach is a five minute walk. Heads up the water here is not calm but it was great.

Hi Just a couple of things that i think should have been disclosed. There is no carpet in house at all. Had to put baby in Lounge/ kitchen area with heater on as she was cold. There is no back yard to this house. I booked this place over an apartment as i assumed it would have a yard. There is an area which opens from laundry to the owners house. Be aware that you can see in straight into his place. On the add it does not state that this place is attached to owners place. Which means you have no privacy and you share the driveway with the owner. The last 3 night the owner was in his garage till after 9 pm working on something. The owner is nice enough and very accomodating to anything you need. I would not stay again for the above reasons. We had rubbish and could not fit it in the bins as they were full Now if these things don't bother you the place is nice easy to mandurah. Very close to shopping center and a 24 hour petrol station with food and coffee. It is not a negative review just things to be aware off

Overall, we had a good experience at this property. We stayed for 11 nights and were not offered a change of towels and only had two tea towels for the stay. there was a lack of glasses but these were nit picky things really. The privacy was good and we were only there at night as we were visiting family. there was also no book of instruction on how to use the TV, dishwasher etc. Overall though, it was a good experience

Very Nice Experience

Good property, good location and a better host.Had one little thing break (not foreseeable) and Grant took care of it right away. We couldn’t have asked for more!We had a very nice time and will try to stay there again on our next visit to that area.
