A 2 min walk to The University of Western Australia (UWA) and local shopping centre with cafe's, takeaways and many more stores and restaurants . Close to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) & Hollywood Hospital. A beautiful vibrant community in the leafy green suburb of Crawley/Nedlands. Newly renovated bathrooms in each apartment. Free wifi and parking. 24 Hour check-in available, and we are always on hand to help! Walk to the Swan River. One bus the 24 takes you to the Perth City Centre.

ALL APARTMENTS HAVE:
We have eight apartments they all have newly renovated bathrooms and kitchens and are the same layout. Larger in size than most apartments in the local area with spacious lounge/dining area. We can provide a porta cot and high chair on request. Also please just ask if you need a late checkout or early check in as we will help with this whenever we can. Every apartment has reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating. We have laundry onsite with a pay washing machine and dryer (also there is a laundry mat minutes up the road on Broadway.
We provide you with fresh towels and linen as well as some tea and coffee supplies. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, oven, kettle, toaster, stove and full fridge. There is free wifi internet for you to use and a free car bay. 24 hour self-check in with swipe card access.

The apartment has a master bedroom consisting of a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. There is a separate bedroom/enclosed balcony with a day bed. Enjoy the open plan kitchen/lounge area with a flat-screen TV and free wifi. Suitable for 2 but we can supply an extra mattress for daybed on request
This apartment can be accessed stair-free from the main entrance.

Great location for lengthy stay near UWA
Suited my needs perfectly. Long-term stay for research in Australian deserts. Close to Kings Park and UES. Close to grocery, doctor, pharmacy etc. all in nearby mall. Friendly on-site manager. Stayed four months, would stay again.
