My family of 4 stayed here in May 26. I would recommend without hesitation. Location is excellent (near the Metro). The rooms were comfortable. My children used the gym. I used the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and very friendly. For example Ruhi a member of the team helped us plan our visit to Salzburg. The breakfast was excellent. I will certainly return if I am back in Vienna. Great place to stay in the heart of Vienna. Close to shopping and sites. Staff was excellent. Complimentary wine and minibar. Next to a great bar, Le Feu, connected to the hotel lobby. Super comfy beds and cool vibe. Highly recommend!

A lovely hotel, boutique design in an older building. Rooms are well designed, quiet and immaculately clean. Staff are wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Motto Vienna and felt very welcomed from check in. The hotel lived up to its boutique description and we found the location incredible with a shopping mall and Neubaugasse subway just outside the front door. Bus transport was also easily walkable. Definitely recommend this hotel as an alternative to central Vienna with it’s excellent transport links.

Well-situated hotel with clean rooms, good breakfast choices, helpful attentive staff and well-stocked bar with trained experienced bar staff. Highly recommended.
