"The little lift/elevator next to the desk was very helpful for moving luggage at check in and out. Front desk staff were all very friendly and offered to speak english. Our housekeeper kept our room clean and comfortable daily. I accidentally forgot my wedding ring in the room one day and felt very safe and happy to find it untouched when i got back that night. The area was quiet at night to allow good rest. "

"The front desk “Lada “ checked us in and was professional . Kabiera was very welcoming and made sure we got all the answers for our questions . Our flight changed and when I asked to be in the same room . She was helpful . Anna the concierge was very informative . Elena checked us out and gave us a fond farewell . If I decided to come back , I would love to stay again in Novotel Paris Les Halles. "
