The outside of the "resort" is run down, the pool is NOT heated as their sign states, there was black mould all over the bathroom, it stunk, the blinds were broken, we had to put a towel in the window for privacy, terrible stay, would not recommend and I have pictures and will ve contacting BC Interior Health Services, definitely will be requesting some compensation, nit worth $200 a night, id gauge about $60 a night and a mould warning

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Carmello was awesome checking us in. Location was perfect. Pool was not heated, very cold. Room was what you would expect for the price. Nice to have options (different hotels with different price points).

For the most part it was a quiet motel. Unfortunately there is always that one guest that doesn't care, not the Motels fault. The bed was a little hard for my back, but that's about the only thing I had trouble with. Nice place, good people.

We were a group of 8 with 4 rooms. Rooms were dirty with cobwebs and spiderwebs all along the ceiling and window sill. Some beds comfortable some were not. Location is awesome. Staff were great. Easy check in and check out.

Great area and bed but the check in time was delayed to 5:30 pm. Expedia said 2 pm and when we arrived the front desk said 4 pm… then the rooms still were not cleaned until 5:30 pm

Comfort in the middle of a long drive appreciateed. Pool is fun, bed is comfortable, modern rooms, free breakfast an easy choice.

Decent little motel literally 50 feet from gorgeous okanagan lake beach. Our suite had an amazing lake biew as it was on the second floor facing the beach. Room was clean, had a full kitchenette. Mattress wasn’t the best but heard good reviews on the sofa bed. Definitely bring extra pillows unless you like to sleep on a single pancake pillow. I asked for extra and was told they weren’t available. The property is nice and well maintained with multiple BBQ’s available for use. Pool was decent but was unheated.

Check in was suppose to be 4pm Wouldn't let us check in till 6pm During this waiting period we were not allowed to use pool in the 35 degree weather

Room wasn't ready until after 6pm. Even then the floors weren't cleaned properly, the two towels we got were old and tired, the bed was horrible quality with the mattress sunken in on one side. Terrible experience and completely not worth it. The pictures here do not reflect what we got at all.

Would definitely stay here again!! Older buildings but had everything I needed, my stay was for 11 nights. Office staff Doug was the best! Very friendly and accommodating

The bed was nice and firm and the room was clean. Staff were nice and people were having fun by the pool. The location is great. It is "dog friendly" but there is no dog area on the property - all the signs say no dogs and the sign in sheet says they will keep the deposit if there is any hair on any furniture. The condition of the property is very poor. It looks like they started renos and ran out of money, then went to the thrift store or garage sales to equip the suites with tacky stuff. There were no towel racks and an unstable cabinet over the toilet with no room for towels. The towels were different colors and looked second hand and were stacked in rolls on the beds on arrival. The shelf on the shower insert was uneven so the shampoo would not stand up. The superfluous floor lamp was unstable and looked unsafe. There are no charger outlets or power outlets near the beds. There is an ice bucket but no machine and the office sells large bags for $4 that don't fit in the tiny freezer. There was also a tiny empty ice tray but we didn't use it because it would have taken overnight to make ice.

The lady at the check in was very rude. Doesn’t give proper information. After 4pm we wanted to check in she doesn’t even know if the room is cleaned or not. Our washroom wasn’t working they said the handyman was gonna show up in 2 hrs never came. No towels garbage can anything in the rooms. Very poor service. We had called and asked for side by side rooms and they said over the phone it was and when we got there to check in it wasn’t. When I asked the lady she said well is not! No other explanation. They say things over the phone but when you get there the reality is not what they promised on the phone
