"We came here for a soccer tournament and now I don’t think I would ever stay at a different hotel in Pensacola!! When you first walk in you can literally smell how clean it is. I even pointed it out to the front desk lady how nice it smelled. The breakfast was delicious. So many warm food options. 10/10 experience!!! "

"Staff was very friendly. Breakfast ends at 9 on weekdays so we missed out on that. It appear that them housekeeping was using mattress cover as bed spreads. I thought that strange but I would stay again. I felt safe in the area and the rooms were nice "

"They are in the process Of remodeling,,will be nice soon ..I fell in the bathtub/shower and there was not a non skid mat..they did have hand rails which saved me from a serious injury. The staff was very concerned and concerned. h "

Microwave was rusted from the inside, When we entered the room the windows were open and a light smell of smoke. Basically, everything was old and dingy and needs to be gutted and updated. The outside of building and lobby seem to be in good shape "
