「The staff did not clean our room when we asked but did come to our room to bring towels.」

「Rooms are aged. Door jam for our room was missing a large piece. Understaffed so I waited 15 minutes for a drink at the bar behind the lone desk clerk. This was a one time deal. Too pricey with the condition of the place. No real damage either from the recent hurricane.」

「great customer service,」

「Booked online, arrived and the place was a dump. Very unpleasant」

「Storm Damaged」

Expedia was excellent in notifying me of the issue and helping me to find an alternate location on short notice. Hotel Margot reminds me of a well-kept 60's era beach motel. 「Nice, friendly staff.」

「Great hotel.」

「very clean and friendly staff」

「Always a nice place to stay, rooms are always clean and spacious, friendly staff. The pool was out of service which was a huge bummer but the indoor pool and hot tubs were functional and we could use our neighbor hotel pools」

「Good stay」
