It's all about the location! This comfortable, spacious townhome is the perfect home base for all your Pensacola adventures. Enjoy the many activities close by: Pensacola Beach (10 miles), Perdido Beach & Johnson's Beach (15 miles), boat charters and fishing, fine dining and pubs, museums, Blue Angel air shows, festivals, Wahoo baseball etc. Or spend the day relaxing at the beautiful pool. Book now to enjoy all the amenities and comforts this home offers.

This stylish modern retreat offers all the comforts of home. The open floor plan allows everyone to be part of the fun. The well stocked kitchen provides all the amenities needed for those that want to prepare their own meals. Three comfortable bedrooms have all you need for a relaxing nights sleep. We have a luxury twin EZ self inflating airbed available for our 7th guest when needed. The screened in back patio provides a comfortable place to enjoy your morning coffee or to relax in the evening.

Each bedroom has it's own TV. All TVs are smart TVs; guests must log into their own streaming services for TV viewing. TVs are set up in "guest mode" which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

Guest have access to the townhouse community pool. Pool hours are sun up to sundown and should be strictly adhered to. Please note: there is no life guard on duty.

Our hope is that you have a wonderful stay at our home while in Pensacola. We are accessible by text messaging, email and phone whenever you need us.

Our townhouse is in historic downtown Pensacola and just a few blocks from the heart of downtown. There is parking in the driveway for one vehicle. All other vehicles will need to be parked on the street.

While there are many restaurants within walking distance, having a access to a car will help you maximize your Pensacola adventures.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping (including medical marijuana)
- No pets; no exceptions
- No parties
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- Guest are not allowed to sleep on the couch.
- We would appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes on entry.
- If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you make a mess, please clean it up. If you move it, put it back. Etc. etc.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.

Absolutely no parties Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. We expect our guests to be exceptional neighbors. Do not sleep on our couch. No lifeguard at pool.

We really enjoyed the elegance of the property. Did not have a chance to utilize the pool. Everything worked on the property. Air conditioner was set perfectly. Towels and linens were top notch. The bed was very comfortable. ****Recommend to increase the shower head size in the master bath.

The pictures of the property are very accurate. The property was in a good location and it was very easy to get in and out of the property. The biggest drawback from our stay was that the house was filthy. The walls were dirty. There were spider cobwebs all throughout the staircase and living room sofa was visibly dirty. There was even a soda left in the fridge from whoever had stayed there previously, making me and my family believe that whoever cleaned the home did not check the kitchen. This property could use a deep and thorough cleaning. Aside from the cleanliness of the house we had no issues with this day.

Great hosts!

We recently stayed at this condo for a beach vacation in Pensacola. The owners were wonderful to communicate with—very responsive and accommodating. The condo was clean and adequate for our needs although it could use new carpeting on the steps and hallway upstairs. The décor was more minimal than we were expecting for a beach getaway- no beach-themed decor at all. One of the bedrooms was quite sparsely furnished with zero decor, no mirrors, and walls that could use a fresh coat of paint. The color scheme tended to be geared to a masculine palette- mostly gray/brown. The neighborhood felt quite a bit different than what we anticipated, and we took a wrong turn and accidentally wound up in a very rough neighborhood that was less than five minutes away as the crow flies. We felt safe in the complex itself- and were happy with the pool and walking track! While it may be a good fit for someone looking for a simple, no-frills stay, we personally prefer a cozier and more decorative atmosphere. The hosts were very generous providing a fully stocked kitchen with an entire spice rack (!!) and cooking equipment- as well as a Keurig and an entire complimentary basket of various coffee K-cups. They also had a beach bag with various beach toys, a beach blanket, a beach umbrella- even jellyfish sting ointment for our use! Super nice people with whom we’d stay again if they have properties in a different area with a beach-themed decor to match the location a bit more.

The one with the bikes

The house is beautiful!! Kim was very responsive and welcoming during our stay. We really liked how clean the house was. We really enjoyed everything, there’s a lot to do close by in the area. Hope to host with you guys again. Thank you for everything.

A fabulous place

We all enjoyed the stay very much. There was 5 of us all together, and the space was nice, clean, comfortable beds, and loved the courtyard with the pool. The neighborhood was a mix of nice places and run down, boarded up houses/buildings. Location though, was nice as it was close to downtown and a short drive to the beaches and everything we did to have fun. SO all in all, it was a great place to stay!!!

Felt like home.

Immediately upon entering the home I felt like I was home. Similar decorations and a modern clean vibe. Everything was exactly as listed. Very clean and a beautiful property. Plush towels and plenty of essentials provided. The host immediately replied to any of my questions.

Pensacola duplex

We had a comfortable one-week stay at this condo. It was well furnished and decorated with lots of space up and downstairs. It is located close to the downtown, Gulf, parks and restaurants but car is required to get to those places. We had no problem checking in and settling into this place.
