This delightful and bright 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit located on the 4th floor of Tower 3 has everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing beach vacation! The modern kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with stainless appliances, plenty of cookware and bakeware to make any home cooked meal, as well as a dining area for everyone to enjoy that seats 6 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar, or take in the sights and sounds of the Gulf waters on the private balcony. While taking in the beachfront view, guests are invited to relax in the living area featuring a new sectional sofa and a 55'' Smart TV. The balcony sits off of the living room with a beautiful view of the Gulf, this view can be seen from the dining area and kitchen as well. The beachfront master bedroom has a King size bed, 40'' Roku-Smart TV, access to the units private balcony, and a master bathroom that has been remodeled with a spacious stand-up shower! The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds to give your guests additional sleeping space, and a 32" Smart TV. Adjacent to the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo. All units include a full size washer and dryer, cable TV, and free WiFi. Please no smoking or pets on property.
