With stunning Gulf views, a private beachfront balcony, and comfortable accommodations for the whole family, this condo is the perfect place for your next beach getaway! Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the beachfront balcony while taking in the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf. In the evening, enjoy dinner outdoors as you listen to the soothing sound of the waves. The gorgeous Gulf views can also be enjoyed from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. In the spacious kitchen are brand-new stainless-steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Just bring the food! The dining area comfortably seats 6 guests at the table, with an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar, making mealtime easy for the entire group. There is ample seating in the living area with a sectional and accent chair to enjoy your favorite show/movie on your Smart TV. Or just relax after a day at the beach while enjoying the spectacular Gulf view from your private balcony. You can be sure to get a full night's rest in the primary bedroom with king size bed, TV, your own entrance to the beachfront balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a full stand-up shower. In the second hall are the two guest bedrooms, guest bathroom with tub/shower combo, and full-size washer and dryer. The first guest bedroom has it's own private balcony, TV, and queen bed. In the second guest bedroom there are two twin beds for additional guests/family.
